Philosophy on Personal Information Protection

CO-WELL Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") engages in business activities centered on IT consulting, offshore development, and system development. Through these activities, we handle various personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information"), which we recognize as vital information assets. We acknowledge that ensuring the protection of such Personal Information is a significant social responsibility.

Accordingly, we handle Personal Information obtained through our business activities in accordance with the following policy, striving to provide "peace of mind" to our customers and employees and to fulfill our social responsibilities.

(1) After receiving your request, we will send you by mail the following request form “Request Form for Disclosure of Retained Personal Data” which you can use.

(2) If the request is made by a representative, please send the completed request form, a document verifying the representative's identity, and a postal money order for the fee (only for requests for notification of purpose of use and disclosure) to the Personal Information Inquiry Section above by mail.

(3) After receiving the above request form, we will inquire about two items of personal information registered with us (e.g., telephone number and date of birth, etc.) to verify the identity of the individual.

In principle, a response will be sent in writing (by sealed envelope) to the person in question.

(3) In the case of a request by a representative, materials to verify the representative's identity

If the person requesting disclosure, etc. is a representative, please enclose materials certifying that the person is a representative and materials certifying the representative's identity. The information on the place of legal domicile included in each document should be limited to the prefecture of origin, and any information after that should be blacked out or otherwise processed. Please send us documents that do not include your personal number, or black out all the digits.
